Patient journey.

We will telephone before your appointment and go through as per Covid guidelines.

Please note:

  • Appointments by prior arrangement only
  • Doors will remain locked – do not arrive early, please wait in your car or outside until telephoned to come in
  • With the exception of children, patients should attend the practice alone
  • Temperatures of patients will be taken before entering the building
  • Patients will be asked to use hand sanitiser before and after leaving the surgery
  • Patients to come wearing a face covering or face mask if possible or be prepared to wear one
  • Please bring minimal belongings- all coats and bags etc will need to be stored in a clean lidded box upon arriving
  • Maintain the 2 metre social distancing where possible
  • Please bring your own pen with you
  • Payment should be by card where possible and we will take payment prior over the telephone. If bringing cash please bring it in an envelope
  • Follow up call in 14 days of your appointment to check if you have developed Covid symptoms within this time so we can take any action needed with our team
